PROBLEM OF PARENT

I've had a problem recently because my parents don't arrive before 9:30 p.m. at my house. I'm worried because my friends arrive in our house later so I want to arrive later like them. My ideal solution is talking about the hour of arriving with my parents to chenge the hour of arrival because talking fixes all the problems. The consequences are two , the first consequence is that they say that is very good idea and change my hour of arrival and the second consequence is that they get angry and punish me. Other solucion was tlaking or searching a medium hour for that it's good for them and for me. I'd really lke some advice because I don't know that speaking for that my parents so will let me arrive later to my house.
